Privacy policy

PoExplorer collects only what it needs to operate the site, answer messages, and—when member features launch—provide tools you explicitly request.

Information collected now

The contact form stores the name, reply address, category, subject, message, and submission time you provide. The server also keeps ordinary security and access logs. Email delivery events may be recorded with a one-way recipient hash rather than the address itself.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to requests, protect the service, diagnose faults, and maintain email deliverability. It is not sold. Contact messages are intended to be removed when no longer needed, normally within 90 days after resolution unless security, legal, or operational needs require longer retention.

Service providers

PoExplorer currently uses a dedicated hosting provider and Resend for transactional email. These providers process limited information needed to deliver their services.

Cookies and accounts

The public reference pages do not require an account. Necessary security/session cookies may be used for administration and, later, signed-in member features. Newsletter enrollment will require a separate, explicit choice.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with a contact submission through the contact form. Do not send passwords, API keys, or sensitive financial information.

This policy will be expanded before member registration, analytics, or additional integrations are enabled.
