What happens if you use it?
Adds quality that enhances Attribute modifiers on a ring, amulet, or belt and replaces other quality types.
Anything not named by the current source rule remains governed by the underlying item, map, encounter, or crafting action.
Apply it when important Attribute modifiers are present and their improvement is worth replacing the current quality family.
A poor target gains little, other quality is replaced, and ordinary quality is capped at 20%.
