What happens if you use it?
A Rare Basic Jewel loses one random modifier and gains a Crafted modifier, or the Liquid funds an instilling recipe.
Unselected Jewel modifiers remain initially; the Amulet path follows its recipe.
The removal risk or exact Notable recipe is acceptable.
A valuable Jewel modifier can be lost or an incomplete instilling plan can strand the resource.
Removes a random modifer and Augments a Rare Basic Jewel with a new guaranteed [Crafted] modifier
Can be used at The Withered Willow to Instil Amulets with a Notable Passive Skill. Right click this item then left click a Rare Jewel to apply it.

Replace one random Rare Jewel modifier with a guaranteed Crafted modifier.
Applied to a Rare Basic Jewel, Diluted Liquid Guilt removes a random modifier and augments the Jewel with a new guaranteed Crafted modifier. It can also be used at The Withered Willow as an ingredient for instilling Amulets with a Notable Passive Skill.
Separate the direct Jewel craft from the instilling recipe.
For a Jewel, count every modifier that could be removed and accept that risk before applying it. For an Amulet, inspect the exact Willow recipe and all required ingredients rather than treating one Liquid as the complete operation.
The Jewel removal is random and can destroy a valuable modifier. Amulet instilling requires the correct recipe and may require other inputs.
Two uses contribute to the same exchange demand.
Price reflects both Jewel crafting and instilling demand. The market cannot tell which Jewel modifier will be removed or whether one unit completes a desired Notable recipe.
