Omen of Chaotic Rarity
Understand how Omen of Chaotic Rarity directs the next Chaos Orb on a Path of Exile 2 Waystone toward modifiers that do not grant Item Rarity.
What happens if you use it?
The next Waystone Chaos reroll excludes modifiers granting Item Rarity.
The Waystone base remains while all current modifiers are replaced.
You prefer any eligible non-Rarity roll to the current set.
The replacement can still be difficult, weak, or otherwise unsuitable.

Exclude Item Rarity modifiers from the next Waystone Chaos reroll.
While active in the inventory, this Omen is consumed when the next Chaos Orb replaces every modifier on a Waystone with modifiers that do not grant Item Rarity. It constrains one reroll rather than preserving the existing modifiers.
Decide whether Item Rarity is truly the unwanted dimension.
Inspect the current Waystone, accept that all modifiers will be replaced, and use the Omen only when excluding Item Rarity is more important than keeping the present roll.
All existing Waystone modifiers are replaced, the Omen is consumed, and the remaining outcome is still random within the stated restriction.
Waystone preference creates specialised Omen demand.
Its value depends on players targeting other map-reward or difficulty dimensions. The restriction does not guarantee desirable replacements or a safer Waystone.
