Aim jewellery quality at Speed modifiers.
Skittering Catalyst adds quality to a ring or amulet so qualifying Speed modifiers receive the benefit. Applying it replaces other quality types; it does not add a new Speed modifier to the item.
Count the qualifying modifiers before replacing quality.
Inspect the jewellery's existing Speed modifiers and current quality. Apply this Catalyst when enhancing those modifiers is more useful than preserving the quality family already on the item.
