Extra quality comes with an irreversible risk.
Vaal Arcanist's Infuser can be used only on a wand, staff, or sceptre already at or above maximum quality. It improves quality beyond the normal maximum by up to 10%, with a chance to corrupt the item.
Finish ordinary quality work before taking the risk.
Use it only after the item has reached normal maximum quality and is valuable enough to justify an over-quality attempt. Treat the corruption chance as part of the cost, not as a harmless side effect.
The item must already be at or above maximum quality, the added amount can vary up to 10%, and corruption can restrict later changes.
Demand reflects both over-quality potential and corruption risk.
Exchange activity can show interest in the attempt but cannot price the outcome of a specific roll or undo corruption on the target item.
