Supports any skill that Hits enemies. Nearby enemies are marked when they are Primed for Electrocution, and hitting a marked enemy with a supported skill will Electrocute them.
How to think about it
This marks enemies approaching electrocution through supported hits. It is a setup support for builds that can repeatedly apply the relevant lightning control rather than a universal damage multiplier.
