Turn one orb into one passive refund point.
Using an Orb of Regret grants a passive skill refund point. That point lets the character remove an allocated passive under the passive tree's normal refund rules; the orb does not rebuild the tree automatically.
Plan the whole route before removing the first node.
Count every passive that must move, check whether removing a connecting node would break access to the rest of the tree, and keep enough refund points for the complete change rather than only its first step.
One orb grants only one refund point. Passive-tree connectivity still applies, and changing ascendancy or other specialized choices may involve additional rules or costs.
Respec demand follows build changes.
League starts, balance changes, and popular build transitions can affect demand. A market ratio prices refund flexibility, not whether the proposed passive-tree change is actually an improvement.
