Enter the Rogue Harbour and pay Heist costs.
A Rogue's Marker can create a portal to the Rogue Harbour when used from a town or hideout. Markers also function as the service currency inside the Harbour, so travel access and Heist expenses draw from the same resource.
Budget the contract, not merely the portal.
Keep enough markers for revealing, preparing, and running the intended Heist content after entering the Harbour. The cost of access is usually smaller than the service plan that follows it.
Markers spent on services are no longer available for later reveals or preparation. They can create the Harbour portal only from a town or hideout, as stated by the source directions.
Heist participation drives marker demand.
Supply comes from ordinary play while demand follows contracts, blueprints, and Harbour services. An exchange price shows marker liquidity but not whether a particular Heist plan is profitable.
