Supports any skill that hits enemies, making it easier to stun enemies with those skills.
How to think about it
This improves stun pressure from eligible hits. Its value rises when hit size and enemy thresholds make stuns realistic, and falls when the build attacks quickly but each individual hit is too small.
What it can support
PoExplorer accepts a match only when this support's allowed types intersect the active skill's source types, none of its exclusions conflict, and any gem-only restriction is satisfied.
