Omen of Light
Understand how Omen of Light makes the next Path of Exile 2 Orb of Annulment remove only a Desecrated modifier.
What happens if you use it?
The next annulment removes a Desecrated modifier only.
The item and its other modifiers remain unless selected by that removal.
Every eligible Desecrated removal is acceptable on the target.
The wrong eligible modifier—or the wrong target—can still be hit.
While this item is active in your inventory your next Orb of Annulment will remove only Desecrated modifiers

Constrain the next annulment to the Desecrated modifier pool.
After activation in the inventory, the Omen waits for the next Orb of Annulment and is consumed when triggered. That annulment removes only a Desecrated modifier, narrowing the eligible removal without selecting the exact modifier for you.
Count every eligible Desecrated modifier before triggering it.
Inspect the target item and confirm that removing any eligible Desecrated modifier is acceptable. Activate the Omen only when the next annulment is intended for that item.
The Omen is consumed on trigger. It does not guarantee which eligible modifier is removed and can be wasted on the wrong annulment if left active.
Targeted removal creates specialised crafting demand.
Its exchange value reflects the ability to restrict an annulment. Multiple eligible Desecrated modifiers still create randomness, and the market price cannot measure the value of your particular item.
