Raise the armour's quality while leaving its properties alone.
In Path of Exile 2, Armourer's Scrap improves the quality of an armour item. The quality change strengthens the armour's base-facing defensive performance; it does not choose, add, remove, or reroll the random modifiers already attached to the item.
Use it on armour whose foundation is worth keeping.
Quality makes the most sense when the armour type and existing result already support the character. The imported record begins at drop level 5 and stacks to 20, making this an accessible improvement rather than a substitute for evaluating the item itself.
Applying quality cannot turn the wrong armour type or poor modifier combination into the right item. Confirm the item is useful before spending repeatedly, and do not import PoE1 efficiency rules that are absent from this PoE2 source record.
