Lightning Arrow Deadeye Mapping Framework
A reviewed planning framework for a fast ranged mapper: clear packs with Lightning Arrow, layer projectile scaling, and treat single-target damage and survivability as separate problems.
Scale a coherent bow damage package, projectile coverage, and attack consistency. Judge clear and single-target separately so one does not hide the other's weakness.
Stay at range, keep movement responsive, establish life and elemental resistance coverage, and add layered avoidance or mitigation appropriate to the final gear rather than treating speed as a defence by itself.
What the setup is trying to do
Use Lightning Arrow as the primary clearing skill and select compatible supports that improve the actual projectile and elemental plan rather than copying a link list blindly.
Reserve a separate damage plan for bosses or durable rares. Do not assume excellent pack clear automatically solves focused damage.
Use movement, reservation, mark or curse, and guard choices to solve observed weaknesses. Each utility socket should have a job.
Gear priorities, not shopping commands
Prioritise a weapon whose damage profile matches the elemental projectile plan. Compare the complete weapon result, not one attractive modifier.
Add offensive consistency only after checking current hit and critical behaviour; avoid paying for a stat the character already has enough of.
Use armour slots and jewellery to establish reliable life and resistance coverage before turning every slot into a damage project.
Build it in stages
Secure a usable bow, stable resource use, and enough sockets/links for the core clear setup.
Reach practical life and resistance targets for the content being attempted before aggressively buying damage.
Measure durable-enemy performance and invest in the weakest part of the focused-damage plan.
Add projectile coverage and movement speed only while the character remains controllable and durable.
